With an unbounded sound\, this Wisconsin-based quartet is known for its powerful harmonies\, timeless originals\, and choice covers\, along with unforgettable live performances. Listed as a “Must-See Roots Artists at Bourbon & Beyond” by The Bluegrass Situation who wrote\, “We recently caught this jammy Wisconsin outfit at Earl Scruggs Music Festival\, where they burnt down their late-night set.” \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nHonor Among Thieves has been making original music in this city since 1982. DESCRIPTION:Collaboration Project and the Stephen & Laurel Brown Foundation (Upper House Commons) are teaming up to host a night of summer fun at San Damiano Park! Come\, gather with other Christians from throughout the county for: \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nLive\, dance-able music by The Cajun Strangers\,\n\n\n\nFood and drinks for purchase from local food trucks or the opportunity to bring your own picnic\,\n\n\n\nYard games and other fun!\n\n\n\n\nDoors and food trucks open at 5pm\, and the band plays 6-8pm. This event is free but organizers ask that you RSVP. \n\n\n\nParking is limited on site and should be reserved for folks with accessibility needs\, but you are allowed to park at Monona Grove High School\, which is about a block and a half from the park. \n\n\n\n\nRegister Here

DESCRIPTION:WVMO Presents an Evening of Americana\, Community\, and Lakefront Views at San Damiano Park\, featuring The Last Revel! \n\n\n\n The Last Revelpc: Christopher Murphy\n\n\n\nKnown for their heartfelt songwriting and rich vocal harmonies\, The Last Revel has become one of the Midwest’s premier Americana and indie-folk bands. Based in Minneapolis\, Minnesota\, the group’s music reflects the trials\, triumphs\, and perseverance of pursuing dreams while remaining deeply connected to their Midwestern roots. Their authentic storytelling\, thoughtful lyrics\, and energetic live performances have earned them a devoted following throughout the country. \n\n\n\nOpening the evening\, at 5pm\, Harmonious Wail will take the stage with their Americana-infused gypsy jazz\, offering a lively start to an evening of roots-inspired music. At 7pm\, The Last Revel will take the stage pairing emotionally resonant songwriting with the kind of dynamic\, harmony-driven performance that has made the band a favorite among live audiences nationwide. \n\n\n\nAdmission is free\, and donations are welcome to support free programming at San Damiano Park\, including the Concerts on the Shore concert series. \n\n\n\nBeyond the music\, attendees can enjoy local food trucks\, beer\, non-alcoholic beverages\, and opportunities to connect with community organizations\, while relaxing along the lakefront. Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs or blankets and experience an evening where music meets the lake.  \n\n\n\nPlease plan to park cars at Monona Grove High School and walk the one and a half blocks to San Damiano Park. Additionally\, we encourage biking (with plenty of bicycle parking onsite)\, carpooling\, walking\, and the use of public transportation. The dress code has been updated to rainy day chic\, so feel free to pair your favorite galoshes with comfortable clothing for the evening. \n\n\n\nEvent Schedule \n\n\n\n5:00 pm — Cocktail Hour & First Floor Tours of the Frank Allis HouseEnjoy music by The Honey Pies\, cocktails\, and appetizers. Explore the first floor of the house and browse the silent auction tent. Here’s the link so you can bid early (and often). \n\n\n\n6:45 pm — Golden Hour Toast & DinnerAfter a sunset toast\, head to the tent for a delicious dinner catered by Chef Dave and a program emceed by the always wonderful John Stofflet. If it’s raining during the toast\, we’ll move inside the dinner tent. \n\n\n\n7:00 pm — Program BeginsWe’ll keep you at the edge of your seat with the Heads & Tails game\, live auction\, and paddle raise. You don’t want to miss the live auction… We’re selling a 3-night stay in the Sky Scape Domes at the Grand Canyon for 5 AND Winner’s Choice\, 5 nights in Europe for a party of 2 to the highest bidders. DESCRIPTION:Let’s celebrate!\n\n\n\nFeaturing Rachelle & the Red Hot Rattlers\, VO5\, and special guests… You’re invited to a festival open to everyone\, celebrating local musician sexagenarians of 1966! \n\n\n\nBring a chair and/or blanket to enjoy live music and the party on Saturday\, Oct. 17 from 2 to 6pm. The event will be held rain or shine. \n\n\n\nFood carts include Mi Casa Es Tu Casa\, The Original Steaks and Hoagies\, Mom’s Touch (Naan Stop Fusion’s sister truck with same menu)\, and Pota Madre. \n\n\n\nBeer and non-alcoholic beverages will be served by the Friends of San Damiano. \n\n\n\nArrival via Madison Metro\, bicycle\, and feet strongly encouraged. Vehicles can park in the Monona Grove High School lot and ride the shuttle until 7pm (vehicles must be cleared out of Monona Grove High School lot by 7pm). If you park on side streets\, please respect parking regulations.
